In August of 2008, Brewer Media acquired the Chattanooga Pulse, the area’s number one alternate weekly publication. This affords Brewer Media yet another advertising outlet to help meet our customers’ needs. The acquisition of the paper has also increased our awareness of local happenings and events, providing synergy between our platforms.
Launched during the holiday season of 2008, this site is devoted to streaming Christmas/Holiday music 24/7. It is a great season and we plan to continue this tradition for years to come!
In April of 2008, Chattanooga Has Fun became the platform for promoting all the FUN things happening in our community. The site highlights all the events in town, from non-profit special events to the local nightclub karaoke events and area sporting events and hunting seasons! Our mission is to help local residents and visitors alike discover (or rediscover) all there is to see and do in Chattanooga, beyond what they may find in a brochure.
Launched May 18, 2007 as a venue where local Individuals and Dealers can reach consumers who are actively in the market to buy a vehicle. This simplifies the shopping process for buyers by creating one location where they can browse vehicles available for purchase locally. ChattanoogaHasCars.com averages nearly 13,000 automotive shoppers each month and recorded more than 1 million page views within its first 6 months, and 1.5 million page views within the first year.
In December 2007, we tapped into the global travel industry in partnership with World Choice Travel, a division of Travelocity. The site features deals and travel ideas from the Chattanooga area to destinations world-wide while providing competitive rates on Airfare, Hotels, Cruises and Rental Cars.
Over 1,480 reports each week, featuring sponsorship messages at the end of each report aired on 15 radio stations and 3 television stations, hitting almost half a million people each week make Chattanooga Traffic Network Chattanooga’s most powerful advertising platform.
